Seeding: Soaking in hot water for up to 12 hours is recommended to improve germination. Sow directly when the °T reaches more than 23°C. It can be started indoors 4 to 6 weeks. before the planting date. Napa cabbage is easiest to direct sow or transplant in mid-May for a July harvest.
Harvest: Harvest when the outer leaves begin to fall.
Storage: Store at 0°C with 95% humidity and good air circulation.
