Customer satisfaction at the heart of our work

The presentation of the original invoice is mandatory for any request for exchange or refund or for the guarantee of the plants or other products.

The warranty does not apply if the damage is caused by abnormal weather conditions.

No warranty will be offered if damage is caused by the actions of a person, animal, insects, diseases contracted after planting, vandalism and negligence.

No warranty is applicable on items already refunded or exchanged.

1. Return or refund requests must be made by email:

If the order was picked up, it must be returned to the store. If the product was delivered by Purolator, it must be returned in its original packaging.

2. If the product was damaged during delivery, you must contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide us with the confirmation number.

3. Returns are possible within 7 days of purchase, with the invoice and order number.

4. No returns on promotional products with prices ending in $0.44 and $0.75. No credits or refunds will be applied to these products.

5. These products are sold without warranty:

  • Annual flowers
  • Herbs
  • Roses
  • Cedars ending in $0.44 or $0.75
  • Indoor plants
  • Turf rolls

6. No warranty will be given if damage is caused by the actions of a person (over or under watering), animal, insects, diseases contracted after planting, vandalism and negligence.

7. The warranty does not apply to products that have already been returned or refunded.

8. Online purchases will be credited for online purchases only.

9. Since delivery is a service and not a product, there are no refunds for deliveries.

Exchanges or refunds are possible within 10 days following the purchase of a plant or an inert product. Refunds will be made on the same method of payment used for purchase (credit card, debit or cash).

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 10 days, and there are no refunds or exchanges on clearance purchases or final sales.

Conditions for a refund or exchange:

  • The plant must be in perfect condition, with no visible signs of poor maintenance or neglect, such as poor watering. Remember that a plant is a living organism!
  • The plant must be in its original pot and not have been planted

Exclusions for refunds or exchanges:

  • Plants ending in $0.44 and $0.75
  • Products on clearance
  • Products with a yellow label
  • Products that are 50% off or more

We are proud to offer our customers a one year warranty on all our trees, shrubs, conifers and hardy roses. Our perennials are protected by a restart guarantee until November of the year of purchase. In addition, we are committed to replacing dead plants with new specimens of equal value to the price paid or to issuing a credit based on the “replacement value” principle.

Conditions to respect for an exchange or a credit:

  • Invoice in hand at the time of the exchange or credit
  • Have the dead plant in your possession (for a root ball or spindle basket, have photos to support it)
  • The plant must have been planted according to our recommendations
