Plants typically reach nearly 24 inches in height if allowed and are ready for picking in about 70 to 80 days under typical growing conditions. Agretti seeds should be stored in warmer conditions than most other seeds, at a temperature of around 14 to 16 degrees C for optimal germination. Thin out the herbaceous shoots once they reach 6 to 8 inches, they can be harvested by cutting. The shoots will grow back allowing 3 to 5 harvests.
