The 'Gold of the Picker' pepper is a high-yielding heirloom variety, prized for its juicy, sweet, deep orange fruits . Elongated in shape (7 to 13 cm / 3 to 5 inches), it is perfect for snacking fresh, adding to salads or grilling to enhance its natural sweetness. Its thick, crunchy ripe threads also make it an excellent choice for cooking. Highly productive and vigorous, it adapts well to both container and open-ground cultivation.

Cultivation method
Sow seed 6-8 weeks before planting out , maintaining a temperature of 25-32°C to ensure good germination. Harden off plants before transplanting into the ground when night temperatures exceed 12°C . Plant 1cm (1/2") deep , spacing 30-45cm (12-18") between plants and 45-60cm (18-24") between courses .
Harvesting and storage
Harvest the first fruits as soon as they are at their optimum size , green heads, to further stimulate production . Let some peppers ripen completely on the plant to obtain a richer and sweeter flavor.
Store peppers in a cool, humid place (10-12°C, 95% relative humidity). For longer storage, freeze them in strips or dry them to incorporate into your dishes throughout the year.
