Pure corn gluten is an early spring and late summer (September) fertilizer for lawns and flower beds. Ideally in spring, spreading should be done BEFORE the daffodils bloom when the soil begins to warm up. The 10-0-0 fertilizer, although in fine granules, is applied with a rotary spreader. Does not burn. Safe for children and animals.
Use at the rate of 10 kg per 100 m2 (1000 ft2). For complete and balanced N-P-K fertilization, the application of corn gluten should be followed by Bio-Jardin 4-3-6 or Bio-Fleurs 4-3-7.
Caution: Avoid use on newly seeded lawn or land to be seeded. Wait 30 days after corn gluten application to sow.
