Sowing: After stratifying seeds overnight, soak seeds in warm water for 12 to 24 hours before sowing. Start indoors 5-6 weeks. or sow directly outdoors.
Harvest: When the leaf stems have three segments, the parsley is ready to harvest.
Storage: Put the leaf stems in water and store them in the refrigerator. For dry parsley, cut the parsley at the base and hang it in a well-ventilated, shady, warm place. Once it is completely dry, crumble it and store it in an airtight container.
