Planting tip: Start seedlings indoors 10-12 weeks before planting. Transplant is highly recommended. It can be transplanted 2-3 weeks before the last frost date. May bolt if the °T below 12°C in the day and 4°C at night.
Harvesting tip: Harvest while curds are still tight. Tie leaves together for a blanched effect. The stalk will lighten the colour and flavour will milder. Cool right after harvesting.
Storage tip: Store at 1-2°C at 95% humidity for up to 2 weeks.
